Levi Hope

  Birth Notes:

Information from Paula Hemingway nee McNeil: My GG Grandfather was William Hope b 1832. his father was John Hope b 1812. his father was Thomas Hope b 1793 This Thomas Hope had a brother John Hope b 1789 he married Sarah Greatbank 27 Mar 1815 and Levi Hope was one of his sons. There was George b 1815 Mary b 1818 Elizabeth b 1819 Thomas b 1822 John b 1825 Ruebin b 1830 Simeon b 1834 and Levi b 1836. I did have Levi's wife as Emma but had no further details. I have the family on census's 1841. 1851 and some 1881. I also have a copy of Levi's father John's will.

Levi married Emma Davies in Dec 1858 in Liverpool Lancs.¹¹ (Emma Davies was born in 1835 in Malpas Cheshire ¹¹.)
